Acting Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha held a meeting with permanent representatives of the OSCE participating states during their visit to Kyiv. The minister detailed the proceedings on his official X account, emphasizing that the focus was on the aftermath of recent Russian missile and drone attacks. These systematic strikes, aimed at civilian infrastructure, continue to serve as a tool of terror for the Kremlin.
During the discussion, Sybiha stressed that the presence of the OSCE delegation in the Ukrainian capital serves as a vital signal of solidarity. “Russia will not win this war and will not achieve its strategic goals. This is why the Kremlin continues to intensify terror against civilians. Instead, Moscow must embrace diplomacy and end the war,” the Minister stated. He added that the international community must not normalize Russian aggression and that Ukraine relies on European partners to help secure a just and lasting peace.
The delegation was briefed on the current frontline situation and the progress of Ukraine’s peace initiatives. The meeting addressed practical ways to strengthen OSCE support, particularly in the documentation of war crimes committed by Russian forces.
