According to official reports issued by Vice Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine Oleksiy Kuleba and Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper, the systematic strikes inflicted significant damage on critical logistics hubs, which are vital for the country’s economic stability and international agricultural exports.
The aftermath of the attack reveals extensive destruction across multiple industrial sites. Local authorities confirmed that port and logistics facilities, storage warehouses, technical equipment, and large cargo tanks were heavily damaged by direct hits and falling debris. Administrative buildings and commercial cargo transport vehicles were also caught in the blast zones, causing severe disruptions to the local supply chain.
A notable incident during this nighttime barrage was the targeting of international maritime assets. A civilian cargo vessel sailing under the flag of Palau sustained structural damage while it was docked at the port for loading operations. Fortunately, preliminary information indicates that none of the foreign crew members were injured.
