Over the past 24 hours, the Russian occupation forces have suffered further massive losses in both personnel and equipment. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian Defense Forces have eliminated 1,600 Russian invaders. This brings the total enemy losses since the beginning of the full-scale invasion to 1,420,690 personnel. Despite Russia’s continued pressure on the frontline, the effectiveness of Ukrainian defenders remains exceptionally high, undermining the offensive capabilities of the aggressor state.
During the last day alone, the Russian arsenal decreased by significant numbers: the enemy lost 5 tanks, 3 armored combat vehicles, 58 artillery systems, 1 multiple launch rocket system, and 4 air defense units. The rate of destruction of operational-tactical level UAVs is particularly striking, with 1,734 units destroyed in a single day. Furthermore, 494 units of automotive equipment and 15 ground-based robotic complexes were neutralized, highlighting the intensity of the engagement.
Military analysts point out that the current Russian offensive is among the slowest in modern military history. The price of every kilometer of occupied territory remains disproportionately high for Moscow. International observers, including the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), indicate that in 2026, the ratio of casualties reached 8:1 in favor of Ukraine. This confirms the superior tactical professionalism of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who are systematically degrading the enemy’s potential.
While Russia continues to leverage its numerical advantage, the exhaustion of its material and human resources is becoming an inevitable process.
