During the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces delivered a devastating blow to the Russian military, eliminating 1,190 occupants. According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the total combat losses of the Russian army since the start of the full-scale invasion have approached the milestone of 1.4 million personnel.
In addition to significant human losses, the enemy continues to lose equipment at a rapid pace, which remains a decisive factor on the battlefield. Over the last day, Ukrainian defenders destroyed 51 artillery systems, 384 units of automotive equipment and tankers, and 2,015 operational-tactical level UAVs. These figures underscore the high intensity of combat operations and the effectiveness of Ukrainian strike capabilities.
Analysts note that Ukraine’s ability to methodically destroy Russian logistics and artillery creates major obstacles for the aggressor’s offensive operations. Despite Russian attempts to exert pressure on specific sectors of the front, Ukrainian forces maintain the initiative in depleting the enemy’s potential. Every destroyed artillery battery or ammunition depot represents saved lives of our warriors and civilians.
A prime example of the professionalism of Ukrainian forces was the recent success of the 118th Separate Mechanized Brigade. The unit stopped a Russian motorcycle assault in the Zaporizhzhia region, neutralizing more than 30 pieces of enemy equipment. Such incidents demonstrate that even the enemy’s unconventional tactics fail to break the resilience of our defenders.
As of June 22, the cumulative statistics of Russian losses are staggering: over 12,000 tanks, nearly 25,000 armored combat vehicles, and tens of thousands of other equipment units have been destroyed. The war continues, but the heavy losses suffered by the occupation forces are direct proof that the cost of Russian aggression is becoming increasingly unbearable for the Kremlin. Ukraine continues its path toward the liberation of its territories, relying on the skill of its soldiers and the continued support of its international partners.
