In the village of Lekhnivka, Khmelnytskyi region, an incident involving local recruitment office (TCK) personnel has sparked a formal investigation. As reported by Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, a 61-year-old man was allegedly handcuffed to a vehicle and subjected to physical force during a mobilization check. The complaint was filed by the man’s son, who currently serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The victim has since sought medical attention for injuries sustained during the encounter. The Ombudsman has taken the case under personal supervision, emphasizing that such conduct, if proven, is a direct violation of constitutional rights and internal military regulations.
