The Victoria, formally belonging to entities connected to Putin’s associate Gennady Timchenko, departed from Sochi on June 26, transiting through the Bosphorus toward the Mediterranean.
This trend of relocating assets follows the recent emergency evacuation of another Putin-linked yacht, the 80-meter Graceful, which was moved from the Baltic Sea to the Russian Northern Fleet base in Severomorsk due to the threat of Ukrainian drone strikes.
