Following the conclusion of the second semi-final, the organizers of the 70th Eurovision Song Contest, with details available on the official competition website, have finalized the running order for the Grand Final. A total of 25 countries will take the stage at the Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna, each vying for the prestigious title in this anniversary edition of the contest.

Ukraine, represented this year by the evocative singer LELÉKA, has been drawn to perform in the first half of the show, specifically at position number 7. Accompanied by the skilled bandura player Yaroslav Dzhus, LELÉKA will bring her song “Ridnym” to the international audience. The Ukrainian entry blends contemporary sounds with national traditions, a hallmark that has historically resonated well with the Eurovision community.

The first half of the grand finale will also feature performances from Denmark, Germany, Israel, Belgium, Albania, Greece, Australia, Serbia, Malta, Czechia, Bulgaria, and Croatia. The second half of the show promises an equally diverse array of acts, including representatives from the United Kingdom, France, Moldova, Finland, Poland, Lithuania, Sweden, Cyprus, Italy, Norway, Romania, and the host nation, Austria.

Despite recent fluctuations in betting odds, which placed the Ukrainian entry in 10th position, the atmosphere within the Ukrainian camp remains focused. Eurovision is notoriously unpredictable, and the live performance remains the most critical factor in capturing the hearts of the public and the jury. LELÉKA’s ability to weave the sound of the bandura into a modern arrangement serves as a powerful artistic statement on the global stage.

As the competition enters its final phase, the intensity among the top contenders is palpable. Each country brings a unique narrative, making this 70th anniversary a celebration of cultural diversity and musical evolution. All eyes will be on the Wiener Stadthalle this weekend, as the 25 finalists prepare to deliver their best performances to an audience of millions. For Ukraine, the opportunity to showcase its cultural identity through LELÉKA’s voice is a significant moment that transcends the music itself, offering a message of resilience and creative power to the entire world.
