On July 22, Russian forces conducted a series of deliberate strikes against civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv, targeting two separate gas stations with FPV drones. As reported by the State Emergency Service (SES) of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, these attacks resulted in six injuries and triggered intense fires at the targeted facilities.
The first strike hit a gas station, igniting a fuel dispenser. Five individuals suffered from acute stress reactions and required medical attention. Shortly after, a second drone hit another gas station within the city, causing a fire that engulfed a gas tank and a truck. A 22-year-old woman was among the injured in the second incident. Emergency crews were dispatched immediately to both locations to contain the flames, preventing further destruction of nearby property.
