Degrading Russian Logistics: Ukrainian Forces Strike Key Military Targets

Українські військові проводять розрахунки для завдання ударів по ворожих об'єктах

According to the official report by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian defensive units successfully targeted multiple Russian military facilities throughout May 3 and 4. The operation focused on neutralizing critical logistics hubs, command posts, and air defense systems across occupied territories in Donetsk, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

The precision strikes decimated essential assets, including drone storage facilities in Donetsk and Kamianka, and a drone command center in Novohrodivka. Furthermore, a significant ammunition depot in Sofiivka and fuel storage facilities in Dovzhansk were destroyed, severely disrupting the enemy’s supply chain capabilities. The strike on a field artillery depot near Novoselivka further illustrates the effectiveness of current Ukrainian deep-strike tactics.

Beyond logistics, the degradation of Russian anti-aircraft capabilities remains a top priority. Reports confirm the destruction of a Pantsir-S1 surface-to-air missile and gun system near Novyi Svit, alongside a P-18 Terek radar station in Sofiivka. These losses severely limit Russia’s ability to protect its frontline positions from Ukrainian aerial reconnaissance and strikes. By methodically eliminating these strategic nodes, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are systematically weakening the occupier’s defensive architecture, paving the way for future operational successes. These strikes serve as a stark reminder of the precision and coordination currently employed by the Ukrainian military to systematically dismantle the infrastructure sustaining the Russian occupation.
