The Phoenix unit of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS) has successfully neutralized a Russian Buk-M3 surface-to-air missile system in the Donetsk region. As reported by the SBGS, the unit was struck while on the move, as Russian forces were attempting to relocate the equipment closer to the front lines.
The agency noted that the Russian military was moving openly, without sufficient concealment, which led to their swift destruction.
