The Russian military continues to employ a strategy of massive attrition, utilizing an overwhelming number of unmanned aerial vehicles and guided glide bombs.
According to the latest intelligence, the adversary launched 78 airstrikes, dropping 267 guided bombs, and utilized 9,923 kamikaze drones in a single day. The intensity of these attacks is unprecedented. The Pokrovsk direction remains the epicenter of the hostilities, where Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 42 separate assault attempts. Other critical sectors, including the Lyman, Kramatorsk, and Kostiantynivka axes, also experienced heavy fighting throughout the day.
The scale of the conflict highlights the adversary’s desperate attempt to breach Ukrainian defensive lines before international support can be bolstered further. While no new offensive formations were identified on the Volyn or Polissya directions, the threat from aerial bombardment persists.
