The situation on the front line remains critically high-intensity as the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported 260 combat engagements over the past 24 hours. Russian forces are maintaining pressure across multiple sectors, with the Pokrovsk direction remaining the epicenter of the conflict. Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 44 separate assaults in this area alone, as the enemy attempts to breach defensive lines using a combination of heavy artillery and infantry waves.

Russian military operations continue to rely on massive aerial and drone bombardment. Over the last day, the enemy conducted 88 airstrikes and launched 244 guided aerial bombs. Furthermore, the use of kamikaze drones remains exceptionally high, with 8,866 recorded launches aimed at suppressing Ukrainian positions and logistics. These tactical actions reflect the Kremlin’s desperate attempt to achieve operational success regardless of the massive loss of manpower.

Strategic defense continues along the Kramatorsk and Kostiantynivka axes, where enemy attempts to penetrate toward Tikhonivka and Illinivka were intercepted by Ukrainian units. Despite the unrelenting pressure, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to carry out successful counter-battery operations. Over the past day, fifteen concentrations of Russian manpower were neutralized, along with several artillery systems, significantly degrading the enemy’s ability to maintain a consistent offensive tempo.

Ukrainian forces have demonstrated resilience in the face of these intense onslaughts. By conducting targeted strikes on enemy assembly areas, the Ukrainian military effectively disrupts Russian supply chains and operational planning. The endurance displayed by units on the ground remains the cornerstone of the national defense effort. As the conflict persists, the ability of Ukrainian defenders to hold their positions against superior numbers demonstrates the effectiveness of their modern combat training and high level of coordination. The situation requires continuous monitoring as the intensity of daily combat engagements shows no signs of immediate de-escalation.
