Over the past day, the situation on the front line remained extremely tense, with 141 recorded combat engagements as the enemy continues its attempts to breach Ukrainian defenses. As reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy displayed maximum activity in the Pokrovsk sector, with increased intensity reported in the Huliaipole and Kostiantynivka directions.
Russian tactical doctrine remains consistent: mass use of aviation and artillery. In just 24 hours, the invaders launched 79 airstrikes, deploying over 250 guided aerial bombs. Of particular note is the use of unmanned systems: 9,870 kamikaze drones were deployed against Ukrainian positions, underscoring the critical importance of technology on the modern battlefield. Ukraine has already begun a systematic registry of destroyed Russian robotics to better track the shifting strategic landscape of the war.
In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled 26 enemy assaults. The situation near Pokrovsk, Novooleksandrivka, and Udachne remains dynamic. Equally challenging is the Huliaipole direction, where the enemy carried out 20 attacks. Ukrainian aviation and missile units responded by striking concentrations of enemy personnel, communication hubs, and artillery systems.
Factage Ukraine analysts observe that the enemy continues its policy of terror by shelling civilian infrastructure, with over 3,000 strikes on populated areas recorded daily. This necessitates constant adaptation of countermeasures by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In this context, the work of the CORPUS procurement coalition remains vital for reinforcing defense capabilities through European logistics.
Currently, there are no signs of enemy offensive group formations on the Volyn and Polissia sectors. However, across other parts of the front, the enemy continues attempts to penetrate Ukrainian defenses, particularly near Lyman, Drobysheve, and Dibrova. Despite staggering casualties, which have already exceeded 1.3 million, Russia continues to commit resources to deplete Ukrainian reserves. Nevertheless, the coordinated efforts of air defense and artillery units allow Ukraine to contain the enemy’s pressure and inflict significant losses on the occupying forces at every point of contact.
