The Pokrovsk direction continues to be the primary focus of the Russian offensive. Throughout the day, Ukrainian defenders repelled 17 attacks in the areas of Vilne, Novyi Donbas, Rodynske, Pokrovsk, and Shevchenko. Pokrovsk represents a vital logistics and transport hub for Ukrainian forces in the Donbas region.
