Ukrainian forces have successfully executed a precision strike against strategic military-industrial targets in the Moscow region, according to an official statement from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The operation utilized domestically produced unmanned aerial vehicles, including the RS-1 Bars, FP-1 Firepoint, and the BARS-SM GLADIATOR, demonstrating the growing lethality of Ukraine’s homegrown military technology.
The primary target was the Angstrem plant in Zelenograd, a facility critical to the Russian defense industry. Specialized in the production of microelectronics and components for high-precision weaponry, the plant suffered significant damage, with confirmed fires breaking out on the premises. Disrupting this supply chain is a direct blow to Russia’s ability to maintain its offensive capacity.
Furthermore, the strike targeted the Solnechnogorsk pumping station, a vital node in the regional petroleum infrastructure surrounding Moscow. By hitting a facility responsible for the storage and distribution of fuel to both the capital and the Russian military, Ukraine is actively dismantling the logistical capabilities that sustain the Russian war effort.
The mission was carried out through the coordinated efforts of the 412th Unmanned Systems Brigade, the 107th and 19th Missile Brigades, and the 1st Separate Unmanned Systems Center. Beyond the Moscow region, Ukrainian forces simultaneously targeted enemy command posts in the Donetsk and Kharkiv regions, as well as troop concentrations in Russia’s Kursk region.
