During a meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, the Ukrainian leader emphasized that defending against Russian ballistic attacks is a common European priority. Through the PURL program, Berlin provides essential funding that allows Ukraine to procure scarce interceptor missiles, which are vital for saving lives against Russia’s campaign of terror.
